The rubbing and breaking machine is one of forage processing machines which vibrates drastically during working. This vibration is harmful for environment and worker’s health. The vibration test shows that the unbalance of rotor’s rotation is the main reason of the machine’s vibration. Secondly, the periodical motion of the blade and the hammer driven by the high-speed rotating rotor will blow the air particles, which can cause impulsive compressive wave. This compressive wave can induce vibration of the machine’s shell. This paper studied the relationship between the vibration intensity and main component parts of the machine’s structure, which provided a reliable reference for optimal design and control of noise and vibration of rubbing and breaking machines.%揉碎机是一种振动强度很高的农业机械,对环境和人身都要很大的危害。振动试验表明:转子转动不平衡是引起揉碎机振动的主要原因;其次高速旋转的转子带动叶片和锤的周期性运动打击空气质点会引发脉动冲击压力波,压力波作用在壳体零件上产生振动。通过揭示其振动强弱与其主要结构之间的关系,为揉碎机结构的优化设计、噪声和振动控制提供可靠依据。
