磁流变减振器变阻尼特性对车辆平顺性的影响

             

摘要

对盘形缝隙磁流变减振器阻尼特性进行理论分析和实验研究后,得出该减振器阻尼特性、磁感应强度与活塞运动速度之间的关系式。在不实施控制策略的前提下,利用2自由度悬挂系统分析了磁流变减振器阻尼特性变化对车体垂直振动加速度均方响应和动行程均方响应的影响,指出活塞在高速运动时难以对磁流变减振器进行变阻尼控制的原因,同时得出磁流变减振器阻尼特性随活塞运动而变化的特性对悬挂系统的影响,为其在车辆悬挂系统半主动控制中的实际应用提供了有价值的理论依据和实验结果。%The damping performance of magneto-rheological fluid damper (MRD) with disc type orifice was analyzed and tested. The relation among the damping characteristic, magnetic flux density and velocity of piston was obtained. Using 2-DOF suspension systems, the effect of damping performance changing of the MRD on vehicle body’s acceleration and suspension traveling was analyzed without employing any control measures. The reason that the damping performance of the MRD is hard to control when piston moves at higher velocity was pointed out, and the effect of the MRD damping performance changing with piston velocity on the suspension system was derived. This work provides a valuable theoretical base and testing results for semi-active vibration control of armored vehicle suspension system.
