含刚性阻振质量舱壁结构隔振特性优化设计

     

摘要

基于波动理论,分析了刚性阻振质量对振动波传递的阻抑特性,讨论了振动波入射角度、阻振质量横截面尺寸对其隔振性能的影响。在理论分析的基础上,从阻抗失配的角度出发,将刚性阻振质量环和刚性阻振质量锯引入舰船典型舱壁,构造具有高传递损失特性的舱壁结构,并采用动力学优化设计方法开展了舰船高传递损失舱壁结构隔振特性优化设计。研究结果表明:优化后的舱壁结构在有效减弱动力舱段本舱振动的同时,更加显著地阻隔了振动波向邻近舱段的传递。%Based on wave theory, the characteristics of rigid vibration isolation mass in impeding vibration wave propagation are studied. The influence of wave incident angle and the sectional area dimensions of the isolation mass on its isolation performance is discussed. Furthermore, employing the rigid vibration isolation mass loop and the rigid vibration isolation mass serration from the perspective of impedance mismatch, a typical ship bulkhead with high transmission loss is presented. Finally, an optimal design of isolation characteristics of the typical ship bulkhead is carried out through the dynamic optimization method. The results indicate that the vibration of the power cabin is effectively reduced after the optimization and the vibration propagation to the adjacent cabin is significantly impeded.
