PURPOSE: A vibration isolating structure, a vibration isolating method for buildings using the structure, and a building with the structures are provided to reduce production costs and minimize environmental contamination by recycling waste tires without separately processing the tires. CONSTITUTION: A vibration isolating structure (100) comprises a perforated drainpipe (110) and a plurality of tires (120). The perforated drainpipe is shaped into a hollow pipe which is extended at a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction. The perforated drainpipe is formed with a plurality of through-holes (111) in the circumferential direction. The tires are stacked on each other and are joined to the perforated drainpipe.
