三聚氰胺芯层复合结构隔声特性研究

     

摘要

相比传统的聚氨酯泡沫声学材料,三聚氰胺泡沫具有良好的阻燃隔热性、吸声降噪特性,是一种新型的多功能环保材料.应用关于流体饱和多孔弹性介质的声传播理论(Biot),分析声波随机入射时结构布局不同的三聚氰胺芯层复合板结构的隔声特性.研究结果表明:在中高频率范围内,三聚氰胺泡沫复合板结构的隔声量远高于聚氨酯芯层复合板结构.可将三聚氰胺材料取代聚氨酯材料,应用在建筑、交通、航空、船舶等工程领域,特别是可广泛应用于对阻燃、隔声降噪和减重环保等具有综合性要求的环境中.%Melamine foam is a kind of new multi-functional and environment friendly material.Its performance of heat insulation and noise absorption is better than traditional polyurethane foam. In this paper, the Biot theory of sound propagation in elastic porous medium is used to analyze the transmission losses of different composite structures with melamine cores at arbitrary incidence angles. The insulation results indicate that the sound transmission loss of the composite plate with melamine foam is much higher than that with polyurethane foam in medium-high frequency range. Hence, melamine foam can be applied to building construction, transportation, aviation, ship building and some other engineering fields.Especially,it can be used for the requirements of flame retardant,noise reduction and weight reduction under the comprehensive environments.
