低阻系列航空钢瓶整体缩口成型技术

摘要

The low drag series aerial cylinders were manufactured just by copying the abroad technology in our plant for a long time; the cylinder was welded together by two pieces of nose and body. The process was comparatively complicated with serious waste of materials and low production efficiency. Through process innovation, we have adopted the integral nose-shrinkage forming technique for manufacturing the low drag series aerial cylinders. One-piece cylinders have been integrally shrunk for nose formation through that, by which both the utilization rate of materials and production efficiency are raised, the quality of products is improved, and great economic results and social benefits have been obtained.%本厂过去通过仿研国外技术来生产低阻系列航空钢瓶,瓶体为瓶头和弹身焊接而成,制作工艺比较复杂,材料浪费大,生产效率低.经过工艺创新,采用低阻系列航空瓶体整体缩口成型技术,使瓶体整体缩口成型,提高了材料利用率、生产效率和产品质量,创造了较大的经济效益和社会效益.
