摘要

PURPOSE: To form a colored low resistance film having an antistatic function and a shielding function against electromagnetic waves by applying a coating liquid containing dispersion liquid of specified high conductive carbon black to form the film. ;CONSTITUTION: This coating liquid to form a colored low resistance film contains a liquid in which high conductive carbon black having ≥500m2/g specific surface area and 5-200nm average primary particle size is dispersed. Further the coating liquid contains a partially hydrolyzed material of a Si compd. expressed by Si(OR)mR4-m (m is an integer 1 to 4 and R is a C1-C4 alkyl 3 group number). The pore volume of the carbon black is ≥0.5cm3/g. By using the porous carbon black having high specific surface area, a low resistance film is easily obtd. This is assumed that when porous particles are used to form a film from a liquid with addition of specified weight of carbon black, the distance between particles of the carbon black in the film is made smaller compared to a film using nonporous particles, and thereby, the resistance between particles is decreased, which decreases the resistance of the film.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
