空间驱动机构动态过程内部温度分布测试方法与试验研究

     

摘要

空间驱动机构内部结构复杂,同时受空间真空环境影响,内部传热过程发生变化,摩擦较强的局部会产生较大温升,导致零、部件结构尺寸发生变化,使润滑材料性能降低,从而影响机构的可靠性.驱动机构运动过程摩擦生热及内部传热过程的复杂性,使得采用数值仿真分析方法难以直接获取高精度的分析结果.针对这一现状,对空间驱动机构回转工作状态内部温度分布特性进行了测试方案设计与试验研究,分析了转速和负载对空间驱动机构内部温度分布的影响,为热分析模型的建立及修正提供了指导.%The inner structure of the space drive mechanism is complex.At the same time by the vacuum environment effect,the heat transfer process of internal changes,the strong local friction will produce large temperature rise,which will lead to the change of the structural size of the parts and components,reduce the performance of lubricating materials,and affect the reliability of the mechanism.Because of the complexity of the process of friction,heat generation and internal heat transfer in the drive mechanism,it is difficult to obtain high-precision analysis results by numerical simulation.In view of this situation,the testing design and experimental research for the dynamic internal temperature distribution characteristics of the space drive mechanism are carried out,the influence of speed and load on the temperature distribution in the space drive mechanism is analyzed,which provides guidance for the establishment and correction of the thermal analysis model.
