航运中心核心竞争力的识别及其评价研究

摘要

Through the local investigation and research on the ports in China,on the basis of analyzing the economic characteristics of the ocean-shipping center,an evaluation system for the core competitiveness of the ocean-shipping center isdesigned.The evaluating indexes are divided into two categories.i.e.the objective ones and the subjective ones according to thespecialties of the indexes.Regarding as exclusive white values.the objective indexes are,combined with the grey values of theobjective indexes,used to comprehensively evaluate the core competitiveness of the ocean-shipping center,which enhances thegrey comprehensive evaluation method.The improved method avoids the random subjective evaluations to the objective environmentby the specialists and is proved to be feasible by a case research of a northern port in China.The result shows that the methodincreases the reliability of the evaluation.%通过对我国港口的实地调研,在分析航运中心经济特征的基础上,设计了航运中心核心竞争力的评价体系.根据评价体系中具体指标的特点,把评价指标分为客观指标和主观指标两类,并把客观指标作为唯一性白化值,结合主观指标的灰值,对航运中心核心竞争力进行综合评价,改进了灰色综合评价方法.这一方法避免了专家对客观环境进行主观评价的随意性,通过对我国北方某港口城市的案例分析得到验证,证明方法可行,提高了评价方法的信度.
