过渡金属负载型活性炭的制备及其吸附甲苯性能

     

摘要

采用浸渍法制备了Fe3+、Co2+、Cr3+负载的活性炭络合吸附剂,测定了不同温度下吸附剂的甲苯吸附特性.结果显示:三种过渡金属Fe3+、Co2+、Cr3+在活性炭表面的分散阈值分别为0.207、0.198、0.117 mg/m2;低温下,过渡金属负载的活性炭对甲苯的饱和吸附量小于未经负载的活性炭,高温时,正好相反;Fe3+、Co2+、Cr3+的最佳负载量分别为4、3、2mmol/gAC;负载型吸附剂的再生性能良好.%The complex adsorbents were prepared by loading transition metals (Fe3+, Co2+ and Cr3+) on the activated carbon, and the adsorption performaces of toluene on them were determined over a wide temperature range. The results showed that the dispersion thresholds of transition metal Fe3+, Co2+ and Cr3+ on the surface of activated carbon were 0.207, 0.198 and 0.117 mg/m2, respectively. Under low temperature, the saturated adsorption capacity of the activated carbon loaded transition metal was less than that of the untreated activated carbon, but under high temperature, the conclusion was just the opposite. The optimal loading amounts for Fe 3+, Co2+and Cr3+were 4, 3 and 2 mmol/g AC, respecctively. The regeneration performance of the complex adsorbents was good.
