链式CIK细胞治疗肾细胞癌合并肺转移1例

摘要

链式CIK细胞是一种用于肿瘤生物免疫治疗的新技术。研究发现，肾细胞癌对放疗和化疗敏感性不高，随着治疗技术的发展，生物免疫治疗作为晚期肾癌患者的重要辅助治疗方案，有利于提高肾癌患者的生存率。近来，我们诊治1例肾癌Ⅳ期患者在经过生物免疫治疗后，病情得到控制，现予以报告并结合文献对该治疗作一讨论。%Cascade cytokine-Induced killer cells is a kind of new technology for tumor biological immunotherapy. Studies have found that renal cell carcinoma susceptibility to radiation and chemotherapy is not high. With the development of treatment technology, immune therapy as an important adjuvant treatmentsi of patients with advanced kidney cancer, to improve survival rate in patients with renal cell carcinoma. Recently, we treat one patient with stage Ⅳ renal cell carcinoma after immune therapy, his illness under control, and now to report this therapy for a discussion combined with literature.
