在虚拟仪器技术的基础上,对谐波齿轮减速器的传动误差测试系统进行了研究和设计.确定了谐波齿轮减速器的传动误差测试方法、测试原理.该系统将硬件试验台、扭矩传感器、角度传感器、数据采集卡、运动控制卡、工控机、驱动电机和labview软件结合编程,充分发挥了计算机的处理能力,以较低的成本实现了高精度、高质量的测试功能,对谐波减速器传动误差的研究和检测提供了依据.%Based on the testing methods and testing theory of harmonic gearbox, the testing system of driving error for harmonic gearbox was studied by using the Virtual Instrumentation technology. The testing system for harmonic gearbox was combined by hardware and labview software, the hardware include torque sensor、encoder、 DAQ 、 motion control card、 computer、 driving motor. This testing system makes full use of the processing capacity of the computer, increases test performance, and reduces the cost of the hardware.
