Transmission Error Analysis of RV Reducer

摘要

The paper aims at finding out the serene factors that influence the transmission error and giving rational guidance for design and manufacturing. In accordance with the structure of RV reducer and the principle of the transmission, the thesis first theoretically works out the bases for dynamic analysis, at the same time, considering the manufacture assembly errors and elastic deformation of the components of the reducer as well. In the process of above equivalent transformation from the reducer to the model mentioned above, dynamic sub-structure method and lumped mass method are employed. The paper uses the equivalent model Cuanza stone of the two stage gear meshing stiffness calculation. In the study of the two stage deceleration, mainly consider 31 kinds of single error; list the dynamic equilibrium equa-tion of each component, and the coefficient matrix is analyzed. The simulation results show that the control method is effective and under the common action of the error of the transmission parts, the maximum value of the transmission error is obtained and its value is 32.2463.
