基于PC/104的激光极耳成型机控制器设计

         

摘要

With the appearances of new energy cars, dynamic cars are developing fast, while Lithium-ion (Li-ion) dynamic batteries are in large demand and the technical requirements of making batteries are higher and higher. In this paper, it puts forwards a designing program of controller base on PC104 for dynamic battery laser tabs shaping machine. According to the battery tabs graphic characteristic and using the galvanometer as the executive organization for controlling the laser light path,it does task decomposition to the cutting system with the standard of the high-instantaneity requiems, and makes modular design on the controlling system in the purpose of the function application. In the base of illustrating the module function,it expounds the method that produce the cutting graph data. Applications indicate that the controlling program proposed by this paper could completely achieve prospective effect, and realize the high accuracy control.%随着新能源汽车的出现,动力电动汽车正得到快速发展,锂离子动力电池的需求量越来越大,同时制造电池的工艺要求亦越来越高.文章提出了一种基于PC/104动力电池激光极耳成型控制器设计方案,根据电池极耳图形特性,利用振镜作为控制激光光路的执行机构,以实时性高的要求为标准对切割系统进行任务分解,以功能应用作为目的对控制系统进行模块化设计,阐述了各模块的功能并在此基础上详细说明该系统生成数据图形的数据结构分析.应用表明,该文章提出的控制方案完全能达到预期效果,能够实现高精度的控制.
