龙门移动式三维钻床的控制系统设计

     

摘要

Aiming at processing characteristics of gantry-moving type three-dimensional drilling machine, a control system was designed and developed based on PLC. According to the processing task requirement for machine, the main principle of the control system was analyzed and the hardware structure and software process were designed in the paper. The information communication mode between PLC and the orientation module were established, and the connections of orientation module and servo system were found. The hardware design of servo-system was made based on high-performance CPU, orientation module and I/O module. The movement synchronization of gantry was detected, and motion control of gantry-moving and power unit was implemented. The experimental result proves that the control system is running reasonable and reliable.%针对龙门移动式三维钻床的加工特点,设计了一种基于PLC的三维钻床控制系统.根据龙门移动式三维钻床控制系统的加工任务要求,分析了机床控制系统的主要原理,给出了控制系统的硬件结构和软件流程;建立了PLC与定位模块间的信息通讯模式,设计了定位模块与伺服系统之间的连接线路;给出了基于CPU、定位模块、I/O模块的伺服驱动系统的硬件设计,进行了龙门运动的同步检测,实现了机床龙门和动力头的运动控制.试验表明,该控制系统设计合理、运行可靠.
