基于PID积分分离算法的多线切割机恒张力控制研究

     

摘要

以高速高精度晶体多片切割加工为研究对象,对多线切割机的恒张力控制问题进行了分析.为保证切割机生产效率和产品精度,采用力矩电机施加张力,运用PID积分分离算法实现了全闭环的恒张力控制.运行结果表明,该张力控制系统较好地抑制了张力扰动,解决了高速换向引起的全闭环控制张力振荡问题,达到了预期的工艺控制要求,为实现多线切割机高效、高精作业提供了保证,具有较好的借鉴意义.%Take constant tension for the high speed and precision multi-wire cut machine which is used for cutting crystalline such as research subject,analyzing the problems of current machine in constant tension control field. In order to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of production, a tour motor and a full-closed loop of the integral-separation PID control algorithm based on PLC is proposed in the end. The result showed that the tension control system bottles the tension perturbation, solved the problem of the tension oscillation caused by the whole closed-loop, and achieved the desired requirements on process control. That method provides a high efficient multi-wire cutting and high-precision operation way for reference in similar research field.
