基于形成机理及材质不均匀性的深孔缺陷分析与对策

     

摘要

深孔加工中存在多种缺陷,文章首先通过深孔内表面形成机理的研究,分析了孔径的扩大与缩小、不圆度误差、孔轴线的偏差等缺陷产生的原因,重点分析了零件材质的不均匀性所引起的倾斜与弯曲等深孔加工缺陷.实验表明,预钻孔的偏斜、壁厚不均、刀刃形式对深孔轴线偏斜有直接影响,并存在一定的规律性.有针对性地提出了缺陷预防、减缓刀具磨损的措施,实现切削条件的改善,可有效地预防孔径变化、孔轴线偏差、倾斜与弯曲等深孔加工的缺陷,深孔加工质量显著提高.%The deep hole processing various defects existing in, this article first through the deep hole surface formation mechanism, Analysis of the aperture expanding and narrow, not the roundness error, hole axis deviation, etc of the causes of the defects, and analyses the parts of heterogeneous materials caused by the tilt and curve and the deep hole processing defects. Pertinently put forward the defects prevention and slow tool wear measures and realize cutting conditions to improve, can effectively prevent pore diameter change, hole axis deviation, the tilt and bending the defects of the deep hole processing, etc. The deep hole processing quality has improved significantly.
