钢丝绳断丝检测系统虚拟仪器设计研究

         

摘要

电磁检测应用于钢丝绳断丝损伤检测,最关键的技术是对漏磁信号的采集、分析处理及定量识别.文章在对电磁检测技术、信号分析处理技术和虚拟仪器技术研究基础上,利用LabVIEW完成钢丝绳损伤检测系统的软件设计,包括检测信号的采集,基于小波理论的滤波处理,特征值提取,基于BP神经网络的损伤定量识别四部分.最后,通过实验验证了此检测系统的有效性,为钢丝绳电磁检测提供了新思路.%Electromagnetic detection is the most commonly used method for wire rope detection, the key technique is the acquisition and analysis processing for magnetic leakage signal. Based on the electromagnetic detection technology, signal analysis technology and virtual instrument technology, a wire rope damage detection system was designed by using LabVIEW, including the detection signal acquisition, wavelet filtering characteristics values extraction, damage quantitative recognition based on BP neural network. Finally take tests to validate the effectiveness of detection system, apply a new method in wire rope electromagnetic detection.
