基于尺寸路径图的组合夹具装配方法研究

摘要

This paper presents a method of modular fixture automatic assembly by a kind of dimension chain. This method is a way of labeling for a combination of letters and numbers used in the assembly of modular fixture element dimension chain, different letters and numbers of dimension chain said different components and elements respectively, to exactly describe the assembly relation between components. Through VB for secondary development of Pro/E, completed the system experimental prototype design, and confirmed the feasibility of this system.%文章提出了一种组合夹具通过尺寸路径图进行自动装配的方法。这种方法是采用尺寸路径图的标注原理，将其运用到计算机辅助夹具装配当中。尺寸路径图中的不同字母和数字分别表示元件和元件所含要素，以此确切描述出元件之间的装配关系。目前阶段得出的结果表明：这种新方法的应用将有效提高组合夹具的装配效率。通过VB对Pro/E进行二次开发，完成了本系统实验原型设计，证实了本系统的可行性。
