基于重心驱动进给系统工作台动态性能分析

     

摘要

基于重心驱动理论对某十字滑台进给系统进行双驱改进,建立了双滚珠丝杠驱动工作台有限元分析模型。利用ANSYS Workbench对简化的有限元模型进行模态分析,以导轨间距为设计参数,分析了其对工作台固有频率和振型的影响,得出采用双驱驱动的工作台在进给方向和工作台垂直方向的刚度有明显的提高。进一步析比较了改进前后进给系统工作台在正弦干扰驱动力作用下的谐响应,仿真结果表明改进后的进给系统整体的动态性能有较大提升。%The improvement of a cross worktable feeding system into one with double drive base on principle of Driven at Center of Gravity ( DCG) , then constructing finite element models of the double feeding sys-tem. The modal analysis of the finite element model that have been simplified, as guide different spacing as a design parameter, gain their inherent frequency and vibration type, reach a conclusion that the improve-ment stiffness of work table is improved obviously in the direction of feed and vertical. Further, through the simulation analysis and comparison of improvement and non-improvement of feeding system harmonic re-sponse under the action of the sinusoidal interference driving force, the result show that the overall dynamic performance has improved a lot.
