To improve the robustness of compliant parallel four-mechanism, it must have good structural di-mensions. The finite element model of compliant parallel four-mechanism was established, and its flexibility analysis and modal analysis were conducted. The multi-objective robust optimization design based Taguchi method and grey relational analysis for the compliant parallel four-mechanism, which was carried out taking the flexibility and first order natural frequency of compliant parallel four-mechanism as response goals, tak-ing the length,the width and the height of the flexible beam and stiffening bar of compliant parallel four-mechanism as the design variables. And the optimal parameter combination was successfully designed. The optimized compliant parallel four-mechanism has higher reliability and the reduction in fluctuation. The anal-ysis results showed that the multi-objective robust optimization design could be effectively applied to compli-ant mechanisms with Taguchi method and grey relational analysis.%为了提高柔顺平行四杆机构的稳健性,柔顺平行四杆机构应具备良好的结构尺寸。建立柔顺平行四杆机构有限元模型,对柔顺平行四杆机构的柔度和模态进行分析,以柔顺平行四杆机构的柔度和一阶固有频率为响应目标,柔性梁和刚性梁的长度、宽度、高度为设计变量,利用田口方法和灰色关联法进行多目标稳健优化设计,确定最佳组合参数。优化后的柔顺平行四杆机构具有更高的可靠性,并有效减小其波动性。分析结果表明,田口方法结合灰色关联法能有效应用于柔顺机构多响应目标稳健优化设计。
