基于敲击信号的刹车片内部缺陷检测

     

摘要

In order to solve the brake pads internal defect detection problem, a detection method based on signal pads internal defects is proposed. We do several times experiments on the same type of brakes, and then to knock vibration signal effectively intercept. The experimental data is analyzed by using wavelet trans-form and time-frequency. The gray level co-occurrence matrix is computed, and the pattern recognition of image is conducted through using neural network. Compared with the manufacturers of traditional method of eye observation, the proposed methods not only improve the internal defects resolution, but also provides a feasible scheme for the manufacturers to realize intelligent brake lining quality testing.%为了解决刹车片内部缺陷检测难题,提出了一种基于敲击信号的刹车片内部缺陷检测方法.选取同种型号的刹车片进行多次敲击实验,然后对敲击得到声音信号进行有效截取;利用小波变换时频分析对实验数据进行对比分析;运用灰度共生矩阵计算灰度图像的属性特征;然后用神经网络对提取到的属性特征进行模式识别.该方法与厂家传统的人工敲击肉眼观察法相比,不仅提高了内部缺陷分辨率,为以后厂家实现刹车片智能化质量检测提供了一个可行性方案.
