基于ABAQUS的三联齿盘与双联齿盘r静动态特性比较

         

摘要

为了分析比较三联齿盘和双联齿盘作为精定位元件的优劣性,文章在三联齿盘与双联齿盘的外径和啮合齿参数相同,受到同样的极限扭转力和轴向力的条件下,采用有限元软件ABAQUS分别对三联齿盘和双联齿盘进行静力分析和模态分析,通过比较应力值和变形量来分析两者的静力受力情况.静力分析结果表明,在相同外载荷和约束条件下,三联齿盘受到的最大应力和最大变形量都较大,齿面受力较集中,最大应力出现在齿面上.双联齿盘,由于机构联动简单,齿面受力均匀,受力变形也规则稳定.所以,在机械性能上,三联齿盘更易出现疲劳损伤.模态分析结果表明,端齿盘动态稳定性强,其共振频率高,外界切削条件振动不会引起端齿盘共振,但一旦引起共振,变形量较大.该研究对数控刀架设计和定位机构选择起到理论指导意义.%In order to get the relative merits between triple gear plate and hirth couplings, in this paper, finite element software ABAQUS is used to static analysis and modal analysis of both. The triple gear plate and hirth couplings havethe same External diameter and the tooth parameter, and the same limited torque and axial force. Firstly, by comparing stress values and deformations, the static analysis results have shown that, In the same conditions of load and constraint, the maximum stress and maximum deformation of Triple gear plate are larger than hirth couplings, Stress generated on triple gear plate is relatively concentrated, the biggest stress appears on the tooth surface, and deformation is axial and radial . On the other hand, stress generated on hirth couplings is relatively uniform and stable. In general, the triple gear plate is more prone to fatigue damage. Secondly, the modal analysis results have shown that both of two have high frequency which means high dynamic stability and external vibration cannot cause resonance. But the deformation is large once the resonance occurs. Finally, this research has some theoretical guiding significance for the design of CNC turret and the choice of locating mechanism.
