基于PCI-1750数据采集卡的伺服电机控制系统设计

     

摘要

In view of the deficiency of the performance of the step motor used in the existing economical CNC machines, the design scheme of the AC servo motor control system based on PCI-1750 is proposed. According to the characteristics of PCI-1750 data acquisition card and PC, the overall design plan is de-signed. The control principle of PCI-1750 data acquisition card is introduced,and the input and output inter-face circuit based on PCI-1750 is designed. By using multithreading technology, AC servo motor control system based on PC+PCI-1750 data acquisition card is designed,and the modularization and integration of the control system are realized. A test platform of AC servo motor is developed, and compared with the stepping motor,the feasibility of the design is verified, and the control of AC servo motor by PCI-1750 is realized.%针对现有经济型数控机床采用的步进电机性能方面的不足,提出了PCI-1750数据采集卡的交流伺服电机控制系统的设计方案.根据PCI-1750数据采集卡和PC机的特点,对设计方案进行总体规划.介绍了PCI-1750数据采集卡的控制原理,设计了基于PCI-1750的输入输出接口电路.运用多线程技术,设计了基于PC+PCI-1750数据采集卡的交流伺服电机控制系统,实现了控制系统的模块化和集成化.研制了交流伺服电机数控实验台,与步进电机形成对比,验证了设计方案的可行性,实现了PCI-1750对交流伺服电机的控制.
