目的 对液相色谱-原子荧光联用法检测带鱼中甲基汞含量的不确定度进行评定.方法 根据GB5009.17-2014《食品安全国家标准食品中总汞及有机汞的测定》建立数学模型,依据JJF-1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》对测量结果的不确定来源进行分析并计算其不确定度.结论 当带鱼中甲基汞含量为0.049mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.007 mg/kg (k=2).不确定度主要来源于工作曲线的拟合.%Objective Evaluating the uncertainty of methyl mercury in hairtail by liquid chromatography-Atomic fluorescence spectrometer (LC-AFS).Methods:According to GB5009.17-2014 National Food Safety Standard for Determination of total mercury and organic mercury,the mathematical model was established.According to JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty,the uncertainly sources of the results were analyzed and calculated.Results When the methylmercury in Hairtail beverage was 0.049mg/kg,the expanded uncertainly was 0.007mg/ kg(K=2).The uncertainly mainly came from curve fitting.
