目的：分析戊酸雌二醇片与黄体酮联合治疗围绝经期综合征的临床效果。方法选择2013年5月~2015年2月我院收治的围绝经期综合征患者136例为研究对象，随机分成研究组和对照组，各68例，对照组采用综合治疗，研究组采用戊酸雌二醇片与黄体酮联合治疗，连续治疗4周后比较两组临床疗效，卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）水平。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。与治疗前比较，治疗后两组FSH水平均明显降低，E2水平均明显升高，研究组FSH水平、E2水平改善程度大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论戊酸雌二醇片与黄体酮联合治疗可有效改善患者围绝经期综合征临床症状，提高临床治疗有效率，对卵泡刺激素、雌二醇水平的调节作用较好。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perimenopausal syndrome treated with estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone. Methods 136 cases with perimenopausal syndrome were selected as research subjects from May 2013 to Feb 2015 in our hospital, all of them were divided into the study group and the control group randomly (each group of 68 cases). The control group were treated with combination treatment, the study group were treated with estradiol valerate tablets combined with progesterone. The clinical efficacy, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and estradiol (E2) levels of two groups after 4 weeks of continuous treatment were compared. Results The total effect rate of study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, FSH levels were lower and E2 levels were higher than those before treatment in two groups, the degree of improvement of FSH and E2 level in the study group were greater than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Estradiol valerate and progesterone combination therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of peri-menopausal syndrome , increase the clinical efficiency, it can regulate the follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol level better.
