基于梯形模糊数和α-截集的虚拟团队知识共享能力评价

         

摘要

高效的知识共享是虚拟团队完成任务目标的根本保证.构建了虚拟团队知识共享能力评价指标体系,包括团队特征、团队内部关系和知识共享环境,提出了知识共享能力模糊评价模型.该模型用层次分析法计算指标权重,用梯形模糊数和α-截集反映专家在决策过程中的不确定性程度,采用平均值法对专家的意见进行整合,将虚拟团队的各指标得分加权求和得到该团队知识共享能力的评价值.最后通过实例验证了评价指标和评价方法的有效性.研究结果表明,虚拟团队知识共享的关键因素是协同管理.%The high level of knowledge sharing is the fundamental guarantee of virtual teams to complete the mission. Constructed evaluation index system of members' knowledge sharing capability in virtual teams,which include team feature,team members' relationship and conditions for knowledge sharing. After that,fuzzy evaluation model of knowledge sharing capability is put forward. The model calculated the relative weights of the indicators with the AHP method,used trapezoid fuzzy number and α-cuts to reflect uncertainty of experts' views in decision-making process,and integrated experts' views with the average. The ultimate scores of knowledge sharing capability of virtual teams were calculated by weighted sum of the scores of all indexes. Finally, the effectiveness of evaluation indicators and methods was verified through a practical example. The results show that the key indicators of the evaluation system are collaborative management.
