中国古代主流信仰的演变与相关法律思想

摘要

本文历史地考察了中国古代主流信仰的演变与法律思想的发展，通过论述畏苍天敬祖先，神权法思想确立；诸子百家争鸣，信仰众说纷纭；统一由表及里，万事一断于法；儒家正统主导，宗教传统缺乏四个发展阶段，揭示了两者的密切关系。%The article investigated the evolving of main belief and the development of legal thought in ancient China historically, revealed their close relationship through expounding revering the sky and ancestors and forming the law of theocracy, various schools of thought contending and belief varying, integrating from the surface to the inner essence and rnall things being decided by law, the Confucianism dominating and lacking religious tradition.
