乳腺癌中E-cadherin、CerbB-2、p53、Ki-67的表达及其临床意义

Objective To analyze the relationship between clinical pathology character and expression of E-cadherin，CerbB-2，p53，Ki-67 in breast cancer in order to evaluate its clinical significance.Methods To observe 93 cases of breast cancer.Immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of E-cadherin，CerbB-2，p53，Ki-67.Results We found that the expressions of E-cadherin，CerbB-2，p53，Ki-67 in breast cancer samples were associated to histopathology grade and lymph node metastasis (p<0.05), but the expressions of CerbB-2，p53，Ki-67 were not associated to tumor size and histological type (p>0.05).Compared to other types, it showed low expression of E-cadherin in lobular carcinoma(p<0.05).Conclusion E-cadherin，CerbB-2，p53，Ki-67 can be regarded as molecular indexes of breast cancer, and they can be used to give diagnosis, choose treatment and forecast prognosis in clinical work.%目的 分析乳腺癌患者的临床病理特征与其手术标本中E-cadherin、CerbB-2、p53、Ki-67表达情况的关系,探讨其临床意义.方法 观察93例乳腺癌患者手术标本中E-cadherin、CerbB-2、p53、Ki-67的表达情况,与其临床病理特征作回顾性分析.结果 发现E-cadherin、CerbB-2、p53、Ki-67的表达与乳腺癌病理组织学分级以及淋巴结转移相关(p<0.05),CerbB-2、p53、Ki-67的表达与肿瘤大小和病理组织学分类无关(p>0.05);而相比其他组织学类型,E-cadherin在小叶癌中低表达(p<0.05).结论 免疫组化指标E-cadherin、CerbB-2、p53、Ki-67可作为乳腺癌的分子指标,联合检测对乳腺癌诊断、治疗选择和预测预后有重要意义.
