In order to promote the construction of smart city and the application of education cloud, this paper firstly analyzed the current research status and practice situation of smart city, and introduced the Shenzhen Educational Cloud project. Meanwhile, the structure of Shenzhen Education Cloud was described from three dimensions of system, foundation and service. Then, this paper focused on the characteristics of Shenzhen Educational Cloud integrated into smart city, including linking, sensing, flipping and adaptation. Finally, based on data statistics and typical application cases analysis of pilot schools, the obtained construction achievements of Shenzhen Educational Cloud were summarized. The Shenzhen Educational Cloud project was an important measure to promote the construction of smart city in Shenzhen. While the construction of Shenzhen Educational Cloud integrated into smart city not only promoted the deep integration of information technology and education teaching, but also faciliated the smart development of education teaching.%为推动智慧城市的建设和教育云的应用,文章首先分析了智慧城市的研究现状和实践情况,并介绍了深圳教育云项目;接着,文章从体系、基础和服务三个维度描述了深圳教育云架构;然后,文章重点阐释了融入智慧城市的深圳教育云特征,包括联通、感测、翻转和适配;最后,文章基于数据统计和试点学校的典型应用案例分析,总结了深圳教育云已取得的建设成效.深圳教育云项目是助力深圳智慧城市建设的重大举措,而融入智慧城市的深圳教育云建设,不仅促进了信息技术与教育教学的深度融合,而且推动了教育教学的智慧发展.
