教育技术工作者专业情意的时代表征*

     

摘要

Professional affection is the internal driving force of teachers’ professional development. After a hundred years of China e-education (educational technology) development, the "e-education spirit" nourished by the e-education pioneers is the core of educational technology workers’ professional affection. By taking the development stages of educational technology under the background of technology change as the main line, this paper combed the development process of educational technology workers’ professional affection, and made deep analyses at different stages. Meanwhile, the era representations of educational technology workers’ professional affection were concluded, which were the noble "gentleman" willingly dedicated to "orthodoxy", "education craftsmen" focusing on media technology, "educational innovators" pursuing educational optimization, "wisdom messengers" persisting in inheritance and innovation. Studying the professional affection of educational technology workers was not only a salute to the e-education spirit, but also a spur to the professional development of educational technology workers.%专业情意是教师专业发展的内驱动力.中国电化教育(教育技术)历经百年发展,电教先驱们用深厚电教情怀滋养的"电教精神",是教育技术工作者专业情意的核心.文章以技术变革背景下的教育技术发展阶段为主线,梳理出教育技术工作者专业情意的发展历程,并分阶段进行了深入剖析,由此归纳出教育技术工作者专业情意的时代表征,即愿为"道统"献身的高尚"君子"、专注媒体技术的"教育工匠"、追求教育最优化的"教育革新者"、坚持传承创新的"智慧使者".研究教育技术工作者的专业情意,既是向"电教精神"的致敬,也是对教育技术工作者专业发展的鞭策.
