Professional affection is the internal driving force of teachers’ professional development. After a hundred years of China e-education (educational technology) development, the "e-education spirit" nourished by the e-education pioneers is the core of educational technology workers’ professional affection. By taking the development stages of educational technology under the background of technology change as the main line, this paper combed the development process of educational technology workers’ professional affection, and made deep analyses at different stages. Meanwhile, the era representations of educational technology workers’ professional affection were concluded, which were the noble "gentleman" willingly dedicated to "orthodoxy", "education craftsmen" focusing on media technology, "educational innovators" pursuing educational optimization, "wisdom messengers" persisting in inheritance and innovation.
