为缓解师范生微格教学中指导不足的问题,检验不同反思方法的效果,文章选择了4组23名师范生,在课程微格教学中开展了日志反思、视频标注反思和视频俱乐部反思等三种活动。反思文本的内容分析表明,日志反思和视频反思在内容指向上差异不明显;在反思方式上,日记反思的评价性反思更多,而视频反思中解释性反思占比更高。视频标注反思和视频俱乐部反思在反思内容指向上差异不明显;在反思方式上,两者的解释性反思均有大幅增长,评价性反思均有所下降,而描述性反思的变化不一致。%In order to alleviate the problem of insufficient guidance existing in micro-teaching, and examine the effects of different reflection method, 23 pre-service teachers were selected and divided into 4 groups to carry on three activities, journal reflection (JR), video annotation reflection (VAR) and video club reflection (VCR) in micro-teaching. The results of reflection texts shown that, there was no significant difference between JR and video reflection (VR), including VAR and VCR in aspect of reflection contents. On reflection method, more than 50.0% meaning units fell into evaluation category in JR, but the ratio of interpretation increased significantly in VR. Among VR, the content did not vary significantly. And the ratio of interpretation both increased significantly, the ratio of evaluation both decreased, but the ratio of description changed inconsistently.
