在校研究生对培养过程满意度的调查研究

         

摘要

研究生对培养过程满意度的问卷调查表明,在校研究生对培养过程管理的总体满意度较高,评分接近"比较满意"量值,但与其主观期望相比,在师生关系、环境设施、教学管理、科学研究和需求关注等维度都存在着一定差距.为此,建议高校强化"以学生为本"的服务理念,着力提升低满意度项目的管理水平,重点关注不同背景学生群体的需求,做到因材施教,并尽早建立学生满意度调查和结果发布制度,将研究生对培养过程的满意程度纳入研究生教育质量评估体系.%The questionnaire of postgraduates 'satisfaction for the process of graduate training shows: the postgraduates have higher satisfaction for training process management, the score is close to the "relatively satisfied". But compared with subjective expectations, there is still a gap between teacher - student relationship, environmental facilities, teaching management, scientific research, demand attention. Therefore, it is suggested that the university should strengthen the service concept of "student oriented", efforts to improve the management level of low satisfaction projects, focus on the needs of postgraduates with different backgrounds, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, establish students ' satisfaction survey and release system as soon as possible, make this satisfaction into the quality evaluation system of graduate students education.
