教师文化建设：大学文化传承创新的重要内容

Faculty culture is the important content of building innovative and inheritant university culture. University culture inheritance innovation needs to foster active consciousness of teachers’culture.Educate the teaching of life culture,high quality scientific innovation culture and non materialistic social culture is the main content of the construction of teachers' culture. From teacher culture inheritance of innovation ability cultivation, of the university of system innovation,humanized management,etc,to explore the construction of teacher culture.%　　大学教师文化是建设传承创新的大学文化的重要内容，大学的文化传承创新需要培育主动自觉的教师文化。化育生命的教学文化、高品质高质量的科研创新文化和非功利化的服务社会文化是教师文化建设的主要内容。要从教师文化传承创新能力的培育、大学的制度创新、人性化管理等方面探索教师文化建设。
