人性消解:现代教育管理的人学审视

         

摘要

In the process of modernization,claiming that affected by the scientism, technical rationalism, the modern educational management which definitely upholds rationalism, makes a fetish of numbers and pursues the efficiency to move towards the McDonaldization. This kind of management pattern so leads to many side-effects appeared in society such as the lost of humanity,the depression of freedom,the twisted of human dignity and the degeneration of morality that sank itself into the whirlpool of modern crisis.This paper frames with the theory of human science for analysis,proposing that the modern crisis of educational management essentially is a specific expression of the question of real educational management in the level of theory,the idea of thoughts and the activity of practice. The root of modern crisis in education management is that modernization defines human with absolutely rational——the assumption of “one-dimension economic man” and enables human’s exist to lost its foundation, resulting in the appearance of the crisis of human’s idea.%  现代化进程中,受工具、技术理性主义的强势渗透,无限崇尚理性、迷信数字和追求效率的现代教育管理走上了麦当劳化的管理模式,出现了人文的失落和自由的压抑,个性的丧失和创造的消解,人格的扭曲和道德的失范,陷入了现代性危机的漩涡。以人学理论为分析框架,教育管理的现代性危机其实质上是现实的教育管理问题在理论层次、思想观念和实践活动中的具体表现,究其根源,就是现代性以绝对理性去定义人——“单向度”的理性人假设,使人的存在失去了根基而出现的“人”的观念的危机。
