农村教师传统身份价值解构与现代身份价值重构

摘要

科举制度赋予农村教师传统身份价值，在社会融入语境下农村教师保持了高度的身份认同。民主革命、阶级斗争和现代化肢解了农村教师的传统身份价值，但并没有有效地型构现代身份价值，结果带来农村教师的身份焦虑。在新农村建设、文化强国建设、专业化建设语境下，必须赋予农村教师新的身份价值，使其重新融入农村社会，成为对农村社会“有用的人”。%The Imperial Examinations endowed rural teachers with traditional identity value,and in the circumstance of social inclusion,rural teachers retains high self-identity.However,democratic revolution,class struggle and modernization decomposed rural teachers’traditional identity value,and brings them with new identity anxiety.In the circumstances of new rural community construction,cultural power construction and teachers’professional development,unless rural teachers must be endowed new identity value,they can not become useful to the rural society.
