The study found that the overall employment status of private colleges graduates was optimistic. In terms of employment destination distribution,signing employment rate is high while flexible employment rate is gener-ally low. All kinds of enterprises,especially private enterprise,is the most important main body absorbing graduates employment,and presents an employment situation where private enterprises occupy dominating part though other parts still exist. The geographical distribution of employment is unevenly,showing obvious“western territorial employ-ment”characteristics. Area liquidity of undergraduates is larger than college students. There is a significant correlation between the employment industry and college professional setting. In the future,private colleges should keep their characteristics, improve quality,continue to explore flexible and distinctive students training mode. Local governments should continue to increase the support of private colleges within the region. Central government should continue to increase tilt and compensation efforts in education resources to central and western regions.%民办院校本、专科毕业生总体就业状况较为乐观；在就业去向上签约就业率所占比例最大而灵活就业率普遍较低；各类企业（尤其是民营企业）是吸纳毕业生就业最重要的主体，且呈现出以民营企业为主的“一主多元”就业态势；在就业地域上分布极不均衡，具有明显的“西部属地就业”特征，本科生的就业区域流动性大于专科生；在就业行业选择上与院校专业设置之间呈现显著相关性。未来我国民办本科院校应立足于凸显特色，提升质量，应继续探索灵活多样、独具特色的民办院校本、专科生人才培养模式；地方政府应继续增加对区域内民办本科院校的支持力度；国家应继续加大对中西部地区民办本科院校在教育资源配置等方面的倾斜和补偿力度。
