教育学视角下的基础教育均衡：意蕴、诉求与实现

摘要

教育均衡不能仅仅停留于教育资源配置的均衡。教育学视角下的教育均衡，指向学校教育功能的优化、学校质量的提升和每个学生全面自由的发展。教育学视角下的教育均衡要求学校走内涵发展之路。实现教育学意义上的教育均衡，需要提升校长领导力、提高教师素质、推进学校教育教学改革。%The educational balance cannot only depend on the balance of educational resource disposition. From the pedagogic perspective, the educational balance means the optimization of function of schooling, the enhancement of teaching quality, and students' comprehensive development. To implement the educational equilibrium, it is reasonable to enhance the leadership of principals, to improve the quality of teachers and to move quickly on educational reformation.
