A pixel arrangement method for reducing the color cast at large viewing angles of a 3D display system using polarized glasses, and a display panel implementing same. The method comprises: Step 100, providing a display panel, wherein the display panel comprises a base plate and a plurality of primary pixels that are arranged in an array and formed on the base plate; Step 200, dividing the primary pixels (10) during 3D mode display, and dividing each primary pixel (10) into four sub-pixels (12), wherein the colors of the sub-pixels (12) are pure, and any two adjacent sub-pixels (12) have different colors in horizontal and vertical directions; and Step 300, dividing the primary pixels (10") during 2D mode display, and dividing each primary pixel (10") into three or four sub-pixels (12"), wherein the colors of the sub-pixels (12") are pure, and any two adjacent sub-pixels (12") have different colors in horizontal and vertical directions.
