从'定向者'到'导航者'r——慕课时代教师角色新定位

     

摘要

In MOOCS' background,"orientor" teachers'role orientation has not been able to adapt to the development of education and teaching of the new requirements of the MOOCS. In the era of MOOCS, teachers'role orientation change from"orientor" to"navigator". It requires teachers to break the difficult of"targeted" and develop the role of"navigator". The key is to establish the intrinsic motivation mechanism of"navigator". That requires teachers to update their ideas, lifelong learning, collaborative teaching.The mechanism of implementation is the theory of"EGO Self-consciousness" and"Learning Organization". It includes two paths:individual conversionpath and group conversionpath . The first one contains three parts: self-awareness, practice, internalizationofruminant and the second one also has three parts: visionbuilding, community building, development of integration platform.%在慕课时代背景下,"定向者"教师角色定位已经不能够适应其对教育教学的新要求.教师角色从"定向者"转变为"导航者"是慕课时代教师角色重新定位的必然要求.这一定位要求教师突破"定向者"的角色困境,实现"导航者"的角色发展.而实现慕课时代教师角色转变的关键在于建立"导航者"的内在动力机制,即要求教师更新观念、终身学习、合作教学.其实现的机理是心理学中的"自我意识理论"以及管理学中"学习型组织理论",实现路径是自我觉醒、实践提升、反刍内化的个体转化路径以及构建愿景、建立共同体、开发整合平台的群体转化路径.
