Student diversity is one of the most important characteristics of American higher education , which includes race and ethnic group,international students,student with disabilities,adult students,LGBT student,student athletes. Student diversity demands multiple advising. Based on the multiple needs, multiple and individual advising is delivered in American colleges and universities. Targeted strategies are used, which include creating school environment to support the diversity, providing multiculture education and so on.
