论香港实施国民教育的必要性与紧迫性

National education in Hong Kong triggered a fierce controversy. Today, most of the countries in the world value national education and consider it an important mean to enhance the countrymen’s national identity. Facing different cultural background, we should both obey the Chineseconstitution and consider the tradition of Hong Kong in cultivation of Hong Kong people’s national identity. Facing the obstructions, the emphasis of Hong Kong national identity education should be put on cultivation of Chinese cultural identity in order to eliminate the political bias in Hong Kong people. History education should be stressed for the Hong Kong’s yong people to correctly understand the history of Chinese and Hong Kong. The method of national identity education is mutual dialogue between teachers and students in stead of “political mobilization propaganda”.%2014年香港的“占中”运动让我们重新反思2012年香港“国民教育”争论，认识香港推行国民教育的必要性和紧迫性。推行以国家认同为核心的国民教育是当今世界主权国家的重要职责。香港实施国民教育毫无疑义，问题是该如何去推行国民教育。香港国民教育不仅要重视以文化为核心的中华民族认同教育，更要强调以宪法和基本法为核心的制度认同教育，同时应加强历史认同教育，引导青少年学生正确认识中国大陆与香港的过去与现在，增强国家责任感与民族归属感，应注重师生在对话、协商与包容中形成价值共识，避免“动员宣传式”简单灌输。
