杂交鹿茸及其鉴别研究进展

摘要

鹿茸是鹿科动物雄鹿未骨化的幼角,其营养成分丰富,属贵重药材.《中华人民共和国药典》规定,鹿茸基原为梅花鹿或马鹿,但目前市场上出现了一些杂交鹿茸,按照《中华人民共和国药典》方法很难对其进行鉴别,且目前对杂种优势与药材质量的研究鲜少报道.本文通过对目前鹿的杂交品种、杂交品种性状及产茸情况、成分、核型及遗传鉴定等研究现状进行梳理,旨在为杂交鹿茸的鉴定及质量评价研究提供参考.%Deer antler is the not ossificated young deer animal bucks,and valuable medicinal herbs with rich nutrients.Chinese Pharmacopoeia provides deer antler base for red deer or sika deer,but there are some hybrid deer on the market,according to pharmacopoeia method it is difficult to identify,and the current heterosis and the quality of herbs are rarely reported.This article deals with the current deer hybrid varieties,hybrid varieties traits,production conditions,composition,karyotype,genetic identification and other research which aims to provide reference for the identification and quality evaluation of hybrid deer antler.
