硫酸纯化-气相色谱法测定甘蓝中溴氰菊酯残留

摘要

A method for extracting, clearing off and determining residues of deltamethrin in cabbage was reported. Themethod used acetonitrile to extract residues of the pesticides in cabbage samples, followed by clean up withH2SO4-C2H5OH, and determination by GC. The results showed that the recoveries of the method were 82.76%-99.58%with RSD being 4.27%-7.60%. This method is proved to be easy in operation, and high in sensitivity, reproductivity andselectivity.%建立了甘蓝中溴氰菊酯的前处理方法,样品以乙腈提取,浓硫酸-乙醇进行纯化,毛细管柱气相色谱法测定甘蓝中的溴氰菊酯.实验表明,溴氰菊酯在甘蓝中的添加回收率在82.76％～99.58％-之间,变异系数为4.27％～7.60％.本方法具有省时、省溶剂、操作简单、纯化效果好、实用性强的特点.
