The invention relates to an analytic method for the determination of organo-chlorinated pesticides from fish and aquatic organisms samples. According to the invention, the method consist in ultrasonically extracting the samples with a mixture of hexane: acetone solvents, at the ambient temperature, for 15...30 min, followed by the extract evaporation and then by the simultaneous determination of 21 analytes by gas chromatography coupled with electron-capture detector.
