氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定地质样品中的硒2种前处理方法比较

     

摘要

Two pretreatment methods (HNO3+HClO4 method and zinc oxide half-dissolving method) for determination of selenium in geological samples by HG-AFS were studied. The results showed that the HNO3+HClO4 method had higher accuracy and lower sensitivity, and was simple to operation. The zinc oxide half-dissolving method had higher sensitivity, but had the defect of long time-consuming, and the accuracy was low in determination of the sample with high-content of sulfur.%研究了采用原子荧光光谱法测定地质样品中硒含量的硝酸+高氯酸酸法和碳酸钠+氧化锌半熔法2种前处理方法.结果表明, 硝酸+高氯酸酸法操作流程短、准确度较高, 但灵敏度较低;碳酸钠+氧化锌半熔法灵敏度较高, 但是操作流程长, 且在测定含硫量较高的样品时准确度低.
