FIELD: analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacture of samples for X-ray fluorescent analysis of materials based on complex oxide compounds. In agreement with proposed process of determination of platinum in compounds with eulitium structure (Bi4MIV3O12) specified quantities of components, one of which is oxide containing bismuth are mixed and melted in presence of platinum to manufacture comparison samples. For component mixing boron oxide and specified quantity of bismuth cadmate Bi10Cd3O18 in which platinum with known quantitative content is present are added. Content of bismuth in mixture is kept constant corresponding to content of bismuth in germanoeulitinum Bi4Ge3O12 and equal to W(Bi)=67.11 per cent by mass by change of quantity of injected bismuth-containing oxide with following proportion of components in sample: W(Pt)=0.005-0.10 per cent by mass; W(Bi10Cd3O18)-1.85-37.04 per cent by mass; W(B2O3)=24.92-18.85 per cent by mass up to 100 per cent by mass of bismuth-containing oxide.
