对微机械陀螺随机漂移进行分析研究是改进惯性仪器本身的性能、提高惯导系统精度的有效方法。Allan方差法作为微机械陀螺随机误差的分析方法,通过对原始数据、漂移模型、滤波结果的 Allan 方差分析对比,可以正确评价陀螺仪的性能指标。经过修正的 Allan方差可以提高数据的利用效果和 Allan方差的计算精度。结果表明,Allan方差法可以有效地辨识微机械陀螺的各项随机误差成分,为陀螺仪的设计改进提供依据。%Researching on MEMS (Micro-electromechanical Systems) gyroscope random drift is an efficient method to improve the inertial instrument’s own performance and the accuracy of inertial system. Allan variance is used for analyzing the random error of MEMS gyroscope. It can accurately evaluate gyroscope’s performance by analyzing primary figures, the model of random drift and the result of filtering. Allan variance which is revised can make full use of figures and improve the calculation accuracy of Allan variance. The result shows that Allan variance can effectively identify the random error of MEMS gyro and provide the basis for the design and improvement of MEMS gyro.
