宏观经济策略视角下大学毕业生就业难现象剖析

宏观经济政策与大学生就业具有显著的相关性。一些政策制度的不完善、不科学在一定程度上加剧了就业难。垄断性行业收入畸高,刺激了大学生的攀比心态;收入的地区差异偏大,加速了大学生向主要劳动力市场集聚就业;中小企业在经济刺激政策中受益不多,导致＂无就业增长＂;产业结构不合理,导致结构性失业等。促进大学生就业,就要厘清就业与经济增长的关系,确立＂就业优先＂的战略目标;调整收入分配差距,消除劳动力市场分割;积极扶持中小企业,加快中小企业技术创新;优化产业结构,大力发展第三产业;积极调控房价,完善住房社会保障体系。%macroeconomic policies are obviously relevant to the graduates＇ employment.As some policies and systems are imperfect and unscientific,the difficulty of graduates＇ employment has,to some extent,been intensified.Extremely high income in monopoly industries has stimulated graduates＇ comparison mentalities;large regional income gap has accelerated graduates＇ cluster employment to primary labor markets;little benefits SMEs（small and medium enterprises） got from national economic stimulus have led to ＂unemployment growth＂;imperfection of industrial structure has led to graduates＇ structural unemployment.In the post-financial crisis times,graduates＇ employment can be promoted through clarify the relationship between employment and economic growth and establish the strategic objective of ＂employment-first＂;to adjust income gap and eliminate labor market segmentation;to positively support SMEs and accelerate technology innovation of them;to regulate and control house price and complete the social security system of housing;optimize industrial structure and rapidly develop the tertiary industry.
