河南省艾滋病高发区居民艾滋病知识知晓情况和影响因素调查

摘要

Objective: Investigate the knowledge status of AIDS and its influencing factors which conceming AIDS of residents living in high-prevalence of AIDS in Henan. Methods: The residents were interviewed by using a questionnaire by multi - stage stratified sampling method. The Logistic regression were used for analysis . Results : Overall correct rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 77.2％ , sex and the education were main influencing factors of AIDS-related knowledge. Conclusion: AIDS-related knowledge is relatively higher in high-prcvalence of AIDS in Henan. Women. the elders and people with lower education are the focus of AIDS-related knowlcdge publicizing.%目的:了解河南省艾滋病高发区非艾滋病居民的艾滋病相关知识知晓情况和影响因素.方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对当地非艾滋病居民进行问卷调查;采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归进行统计学分析.结果:有效调查874人,艾滋病相关知识知晓率为77.3%;年龄、性别、文化程度是艾滋病相关知识知晓情况的主要影响因素.结论:河南省艾滋病高发区非艾滋病居民艾滋病相关知识掌握较好,应加强女性、年龄较长者和文化程度较低者的艾滋病相关知识宣传.
